INGREDIENTS
50ml of Sea Arch75ml of cranberry juice
50ml of freshly squeezed orange juice
20ml of passion fruit puree
Ice
Orange zest
METHOD
- Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Pour in 50ml of Sea Arch.
- Add 75ml of cranberry juice.
- Add 50ml of freshly squeezed orange juice.
- Add 20ml of passion fruit puree.
- Shake for 15 seconds and strain into a martini glass.
- Garnish with orange zest.
