Here is a classic, refreshing fruity mocktail. Perfect for breakfast, brunch or unwinding down after work. It's bright and fun and is a classic crowd pleaser from the 70’s. Served in a highball glass Simply add Ms Sans Bring a Sombrero Non-Alcoholic Tequila, lemon & lime juice, Sans Bar Saint Barts Sunrise Triple Sec substitute), Ice and Cherries to garnish
INGREDIENTS
30ml Ms Sans Bring a Sombrero20ml Lime Juice
10ml Lemon Juice
30ml Sans Bar Saint Barts Sunrise
Lemon/Lime - To Garnish
Flaked Sea salt
METHOD
- Rub a lime/lemon wedge around the rim of the glass then dip the edge into flaked sea salt.
- Add all ingredients to Shaker. Shake with plenty of ice until chilled. Strain into cocktail glass.
- Garnish with lemon or Lime.
